The veteran actor has visited poor neighbors of Tehran and northern cities of Iran to deliver hygienic goods to families.
Some Iranian athletes have also accompanied Parastouee.
He was born to a farmer father and spent his toddler years at Chalou, the village he was born in. After moving to Tehran, he showed interest in sports, the passion which later shifted into stage acting.
Parastouee received his first awards from Youth Palace for his performance in 'Kiosk' and 'The Submitters' plays.
He earned a degree in Dramatic Arts, the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance.
His film debut was in 1983 in 'Land of Lovers' which earned him the Diploma of Honor for Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the Fajr International Film Festival.
'The Wrong Guy', 'Mummy 3' and 'Bodyguard' are some of his works which have been aired by the channel.
Besides being a prolific actor, Parastouee is a singer. He has recorded three albums so far, including the latest one entitled 'Daddy’.
